Fish And Sweet Potatoes

Method To Cook Beef Stew 

1. Saute beef in a large pot to the point it is no longer pink. (don't take fat from meat)

2. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil if you want to add additional fat. After it, add potato and carrot to meat.

3. Add water so that it covers the veggies in the stew and let it boil for about 20 min, in this add peas.

4. Add sea salt if needed.

5. Let the treat cool before serving.

You can give any amount of treat to your dog. 5. Rice Turkey With Carrots


1. Ground Turkey - 3 pounds

2. Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon

3. Brown Rice - ½ cup

4. Carrots (shredded) - 2

5. Baby Spinach (chopped) - 3 cups

6. Peas (frozen or canned) - ½ cup

7. Zucchini (shredded) - 1


1. Take a saucepan and fill it with 3 cups of water.

2. In water cook rice as instructions given on the package.

3. Take a stockpot and add olive oil at medium heat.

4. Then add turkey, cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or till is completely turn brown (make sure turkey probably crumble).

5. Add this to spinach, zucchini, carrots, peas, and brown rice cook until spinach wholly wilted for 3 to 5 minutes.

6. Let meal to cool, server to the dog.
